Hi! My name is Emily and Iand 26 years old, recently married, and love to be with kids. I have been in Colorado Springs since June 2010. I have been working with kids since I was old enough to help out family members, neighbors, family friends, etc. I enjoy planning activities and games for kids, helping with homework, playing outside, and I am also very comfortable with housework. As far as my background, I am what my family calls a "kid magnet", and I think my work expereince reflects that. I have been an assistant teacher in 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms, worked for child-focused non-profit organizations, and most recently I have managed several centers for children ages toddler to elementary age. I am currently working part-time, running a similar children's center, but I only work a few days per week, so I am looking for something to fill the Read more other days. I would be available to help on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and occasionally on weekends. I am very reliable, responsible, clean-cut, and fun with kids. More about me: I am very sporty - I play ice hockey, run triathlons, and love the outdoors. I love to cook, travel, do yoga, and be with family.
