Some of the experiences that I have had include; working for 6 weeks at a christian day camp which I also attended for 7 years (Camp Berachah, in Black Diamond,WA.) I acted as a camp counselor (day and overnight) for 6 to 10 children ages 5-12. I also participated in Green Circle for 1 year, a highschool program where the students go into 1st-3rd grade classes and teach. Throughhout middle school, i worked with kindergarteners. Both of my references are people that I sat for before moving in July of 2006. I sat for Paula, who's daughter is now 14, for 4 1/2 years and for Sheila, who's 2 daughters are 11and 12, for about 3 1/2 years. I also have worked with 8 or 9 other families found on sittercity. The ages of most of the children are between 3 months and 10 years old. I also sit for Read more my neice, 8, and nephew, 6, who is in the picture with me, and my cousin's three children who are 9, 7,and 5. I am currently working on a nursing degree with an emphasis in midwifery. I do prefer phone contact, but I do check my e-mail about twice a week!
