Hello and thanks for checking out my profile! I have been a professional nanny for 11 years now and I have loved every minute of it. 10 of those years I was working with high profile families in New York City. My husband and I moved to San Diego almost 2 years ago and we love it here! I have nannied for a few families here but they were temporary jobs. I decided to try out the corporate world and I have realized how much I really love being a nanny instead! Last month my husband and I found out we are pregnant (Due mid March). We are beyond excited and are now deciding what I should do with my career. I have decided after 3 months of corporate world that I need to get back to nannying. So I have two options…. First option : I am looking for Read more a family who is interested in “sharecare.” I can start ASAP and work with your child for the next 6-7 months one on one, and then once I have my child I will bring him or her to work for a lower rate. This can become a long term relationship which I would prefer. Second option : This is a perfect situation for a family that is looking for a temporary nanny. I find this is popular with the military families. This is a great opportunity for a family that wants an experienced, professional nanny but can’t afford to pay top dollar. I am college educated with 18 child related credits. I have great references. I have worked with children with special needs. I have raised 4 newborns and worked with ages up to eight years old. I have been finger-printed in CA and had a background check done (through a nanny agency). A little more about me - I come from a large family. I am the second oldest of five girls. My family all lives in Utah and I am very close with all of them. I have 7 nieces and nephews whom I adore. I love animals…. I volunteer with Big Dawg Rescue as a foster parent. We have rescued and saved 20 animals since living in San Diego. My hobbies include making jewelry, crafts, reading, hiking, gardening, and cooking. I grew up playing sports and I am a big football fan and love to play soccer.
