Elizabeth has been taking care of my 3 month old for 4 weeks now and I absolutely love her! She is so patient and kind with my baby girl. I couldn't just leave my daughter with anyone, and I feel so comfortable having Elizabeth caring for her. Elizabeth is intelligent, responsible and so sweet! I think that language is really important for a little one, and Elizabeth reads aloud and talks to my baby in such a loving voice. Even at 3 months, my daughter recognizes and smiles at Elizabeth when she comes over! I can't recommend Elizabeth more strongly. She is seriously the absolute best.

I interviewed Elizabeth and offered her a temporary position, but had to cancel when our plans changed. She clearly loves working with children, and I was impressed with how she interacted with my son. She has fantastic references and has maintained relationships with families she has worked for in the past. She was on time for our interview, and returned all of my messages in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend her, and I wish I would have been able to hire her myself.
