I grew up on a small farm in Colorado and was raised with horses, chickens, rabbits, reptiles, and of course dogs and cats. I moved to Massachusetts to attend Wellesley College where I started pet sitting because I missed my animals back home. I am now a graduate student at Harvard and have a small rescue dog named Ruby.
