I can't say enough about Erin. She's been our full-time sitter since we moved to Seattle in January and she has a gift at making everyone feel instantly comfortable. Sometimes it can feel awkward with a new sitter, but not with Erin. I felt at ease with her immediately. Her music background makes it so fun for the kids. I work from home so I can always here her and the kids singing together and it just makes me smile. My 4 year old daughter adores her and is in awe of her knowledge of princesses. :) She has been great for my 2 1/2 year old son, who is going through a strong-willed phase and Erin is firm but kind with him. She doesn't let him walk all over her, which I love. And she's been so great with our baby, Timmy. He smiles so big when he sees her. It's adorable.
She has a great attitude, she's always on-time. I trust her with my kids more than I trust 99% of my family. She has been an absolute god-send. I would recommend her to anyone.

Erin babysat our daughter for on occasion for a few months and they hit it off right away. I went into labor Thanksgiving night and Erin was at our house within 25 minutes of us calling her. She spent the night with our 3.5 year old and watched her the next day, taking her to the aquarium and getting her ready to meet her new baby brother.
We trust Erin implicitly and will miss her so much now that she is in Seattle!
