Hello! My name is Amy, and I've been caring for children since I was 13 years old.  I've dedicated my career to work with children and families.  I have experience volunteering with children in orphanage settings in India and Guatemala, and spent the summers of 2007 and 2008 as a counselor for 7 to 9 year olds at the sleep-away camp I attended when I was younger. I graduated from New York University in 2006 with a BA in psychology and an honors thesis on early childhood play. I spent the 2009 school year teaching 3 year olds at a wonderful, diverse, internationally-focused school. In the fall of 2009, I enrolled at USC for my Masters in Social Work, where I worked with families at risk for child abuse and neglect.
