Sarah has been the nanny to my four-year-old twins since they were six months old, and has been an outstanding addition to our home, bringing much needed experience and dedication to early childhood development and care. She frequently devoted herself to scouring the city’s resources to find the best, and most affordable, outings, readings, and events for the kids from day one. Within the first few weeks, Sarah had already found multiple play date partners and new friends for the kids, and seamlessly integrated our kids into the greater East Village community. Before we knew it, our kids knew many of the neighborhood dogs, librarians, and gardens/parks better than we did. Her most important attribute is an undivided commitment to the well-being and future development of the children in her care. She continually exhibits genuine interest in my childrens’ mental, emotional, and physical development. Having been with our family during the formative years from infancy to pre-K, she has helped craft and guide language learning, math, social interactions, walking, swimming, and physical therapy for my son. She has boundless energy that will outmatch the children she’s taking care of, is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, experienced, and adaptable to meet the requirements of the family and children. I highly recommend her for a nanny position, or for part-time sitting.
