I am a 30 year old mother of a 1 year old baby girl. I am looking for a position where I can bring my 15 month old daughter. I am seeking a family that needs a full time nanny. I would love a position that would like to have me around for a few years. I don't mind watching your child(ren) in my home or yours. I am currently accepting part time or occasional positions also. I am currently a nanny for a family with 3 kids, but the job ends at the end of January because the father comes back in town. I bring my daughter with me everyday and she is very well behaved, plays well with the other children and is easily entertained. I have a newer range rover that is reliable and very safe. I enjoy cleaning. I make all my daughters meals and use Read more organic, fresh ingredients and I love to cook. I enjoy taking her to the park, zoo and other engaging activities depending on the weather. As a new mother myself, I understand that each set of parents have unique needs or requests for how their child is taken care of and I will make sure that your parenting techniques and wishes are followed. I also never sit and watch TV with my daughter. I feel that getting on the floor and playing with your child is the best way for them to learn. When my daughter was born i took an infant CPR/choking class at Kangaroo Kids. I have held a CPR certification for over the past 5 years. Not only do I have experience with my own newborn, I have babysat or been a nanny all throughout high school and college. In college, I babysat for the head of security of my college for over 3 years. After school, I was a nanny for a high profile family in Greenwich CT. Not only did I take care of their two children, but I ran the household and took care of errands and pretty much everything they needed. When I moved back to Saint Louis I coached field hockey and basketball at Villa Duchesne. I went through the training program at Judevine and have experience working with children with autism. I have also worked with a disabled young man who has muscular dystrophy for over a year. He went to college at Wash U and I would drive him, take all of his notes and help feed him. I have also worked for a family off of sitter city and have met with a few other families that plan to use me in the future. I have a Clean Criminal background, a Valid Driver's License, Proof of Car Insurance and Valid Social Security Card. I have current and recent references that I can provide you with.
