The best babysitter in the world? Hmmm, I wouldn't say I am. We all know when somebody says that she/he is just claiming it. (especially "the best" is relative here, the best for you might not be the best for other family) I am a mother . I think that's the best way to describe me. I enjoy and cherish motherhood, I really do (and this one is not a claim!) I love children. I like seeing them explore, learn, and grow! I have a very good motherly instict. I relate to children easily. I understand their needs... I have a child of my own. She's 2 years old; very sweet and gentle. She would be a great playmate for toddlers. She's also mature enough to not interupt me when I need to do important things (such as attending to a little infant). I think sitting for an infant or Read more a toddler would be a perfect situation for us. Older kids might have some kind of conflict of interest with my toddler. I am available part time or full time. I don't drive, so please be near a public transit (and that doesn't mean a commuter rail!)  Thank you :)   Edited to add: Now I babysit for 2 families. One of them is quite regular (a couple of times a week), the child is one year old. The other one is a three year old and I've only done it a few times. I have references.
