I have over 17years of experience sitting for families with children whose ages range from 10 months to 9 years. I have worked as a teacher in an afterschool program for kindergarten. Additionally, I worked as an assistant teacher at Jamaica Plain Head Start for one full year. I have worked as a camp counselor at Pine Manor Colleges Center for Inclusive Leadership and Social Responsibility during it's summer summit camps, and leadership adventure camps with girls ages 9-14, and 15-17. I have also worked with the Boston Public Schools for three years with a group of 15 middle school girls dealing with issues ranging from drugs to teen pregnancy. I am CPR and first aid certified. I relocated from Massachusetts to NH in 2006 where I worked in the Emergency room at Children's Hospital Boston for over a year and transitioned into a position as a Street Outreach worker Read more at Child and Family Services, in Manchester NH working homeless and runaway youth ages 12-23. For the past year i have been working for an agency in Manchester as a clinical case manager for homeless families but due to state budget cuts I was recently laid off. I am looking to take some time off and enjoy my free time (being in my previous position, i didn't have much of it!), but am still looking for part time employment. I have always enjoyed children of all ages and can't imagine my life without them. What better way to spend your time and get paid for it! : )
